The 16th District Annual Planning Conference scheduled for Sunday, August 23, 2020 must be delayed one week due to unforeseen circumstanced. The Conference will now be held on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at Post 10 starting at 2:00 PM. The event should last for 2 hours.
The District Commander apologizes for this last minute change, but unfortunately the change is necessary.
Social Distancing will be maintained at Post 10. Limited to 50 people in physical attendance. Preferred in person attendees: District Commander, District Vice Commanders, District Officers, District Committee Chairmen, Post Commander or Adjutant (one not physically present should attend virtual session).
The meeting is open to all 16th District membership. If you are interesting in learning more about the many roles in the District Leadership Team or perhaps stepping up to a District position (Officer or Chair), attending the Planning Conference will be a good opportunity to learn more about what the 16th District does and the many tasks that we need assistance with.
If you are unable to attend in person, joining via computer will give you the best visibility of the event. If you cannot join on your computer, you can also join using a simple call in bridge using the instructions below.
