Danny S. Goolsby (JROTC Northern Region Vice Chairman) was recognized by National Sgt at Arms Willie Ransom for outstanding leadership in the JRTOC competition program. This honor was provided during the JROTC Drill Meeting at the Department Fall Conference at Williamsburg, VA held 26-28 October.
