Below is the Spring Conference Call Letter. Also, the Ajutant has the following notes:
1. The Adjutant does not have an email address for Fred Miller or Ron Bantom. If you have contact with these two folks, please forward this information to them and ask them to contact the Adjutant to update their information.
2. Note the address change for the District Spring Conference for March 16, 2019 is Stafford Post 290, 1151 Mountain View Road, Fredericksburg, VA. Lunch starts at 1 PM with the meeting starting at 2 PM.
3. Don’t forget the District Convention is scheduled for June 1, 2019. It will be held at Woodbridge Post 364, 3640 Friendly Post Land, Woodbridge, VA 22192. Lunch starts at 1 PM with the meeting starting at 2 PM.
All members of the 16th District are encouraged to attend. All Post Officers are highly encouraged to attend.
