The 16th District continues to excel in membership activities for the State of Virginia for our entire Legion family.  The ALA 16th District reached 1st place with the May 2 membership report.  The District is at 101.84%  with the 6th/7th Combined District right behind at 101.56%.  ALA Northern Zone continues to hold 1st place with 96.27%.
