Department of Virginia Distinguished Service Medal Presentation
George Lussier, Past Department Commander and member of Post 28, received the Certificate of Meritorious Service to the American Legion. The award was read by Past Department Commander Linden Dixon and presented by Department Commander Scott Maddrea.
